Reference to the above mentioned subject and based on CMA’s instruction number هـ.أ.م./ق.ر./إ.م./2/2012) ) for disclosure of material information and the mechanism of disclosing it as issued by the CMA on 5/6/2012 and as per article number six   of these instructions related  to the treatment with  rumors and news.

 Due to news published in one of daily newspapers dated 06/08/2015 stating that Al-Mal Investment Company got CMA’s approval for issuance bonds amounted to KWD11.9 million.

Kindly be informed that, Al-Mal Investment Company extended payment of nominal value for its’ bond to 18/11/2016 according to bondholders assembly meeting dated 30/11/2014. Al mal also sent letter to you on 30/11/2014 explaining the terms of the new deal.
