Reference to the mentioned subject & as per Al-Mal Investment Company’s commitment with CMA’s instructions number (ھ.أ.م./ق.ر./إ.م./2/2012) related to disclosing material information and the mechanism of disclosing it as issued by CMA on 05/06/2012.

Kindly be advised that, AL-Mal Investment Company received a letter from company’s attorney at 30^th September 2015 regarding to the case #79-2015 commercial from Al-Mal Investment Company against Al-Aqeelah Leasing ,Financing and Investment Company  as a manager of Al-Aqeelah Real Estate Development Fund  , and AL-Mal owned on the mentioned fund 100 thousand units with a nominal value 1 KWD per unit, have a verdict at 29/09/2015 as following “Verdict to obligate the amount of 5000 KWD as  temporary compensation”.

Furthermore, the company emphasize that there is no essential impact on its financial position.
