As per the above mentioned subject & Al-Mal Investment Company’s commitment with CMA’s instructions as per article no (5-4) to unusual trading activities from the fourth chapter of the tenth book of the Regulations by CMA under the law number (7 /2010) & based on CMA letter reference ) إإ/ق س /006834/2015 ) dated 10/11/2015. Kindly be advised that, due to the unusual trades for Al-Mal share during the trading session at Monday 09/11/2015 the company emphasize that, there is no developments recently occurred that could effect on company’s share price or trading volume which resulting to that unusual trades.
