Disclosure about Unusual Trading Activities
As per the above mentioned subject & Al-Mal Investment Company’s commitment with CMA’s instructions as per article no (5-4) to unusual trading activities from the fourth chapter of the tenth book of the Regulations by CMA under the law number (7 /2010) Kindly be advised that, due to the unusual trades for Al-Mal share during the trading session at Tuesday 16 February 2016 the company emphasize that, there is no developments recently occurred that could effect on company’s share price or trading volume which resulting to that unusual trades.
